Eih Associated Hotels Limited (EAHL) is a part of one of India’s leading and globally best-known hospitality business group. Today, the group owns and manages 20 extraordinary hotels under the luxury Oberoi Hotels & Resorts brand and 10 five-star properties under the Trident Hotels brand. It is a Joint-Venture between the Oberoi Family and the Rajan Raheja Group.
Eih Associated Hotels Ltd Bonus Issue
On 14th June 2024,the Board of Directors have recommended issuing Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 (One) fully paid-up bonus equity share of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity share (1:1) of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) each held by Shareholders of the Company as on the record date.
The Company has fixed Monday, 29th July 2024 as the Record Date for determining the eligible shareholders for bonus issue. Investors can purchase the shares on/by 28th July to enter into the list of eligible shareholders as their shares will be credited in their Demat Account by 29th July.
Eih Associated Hotels Ltd Dividend
On 24th May 2024,the Board of Directors at their meeting recommended a final dividend @ 60%, i.e.Rs. 6/- per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each, fully paid up, to the Shareholders for the
Financial Year 2023-24. The Record Date of the dividend is 29th July,2024 & the Payment Date of such dividend is by Saturday, 31st August 2024.
Anybody who wants to get the dividend must purchase the shares on/before 28 July, 2024 to get themselves resister in the record of the eligible receivers of the dividend.
The persons who bought the shares solely for the purpose of dividend can sell the shares on the record date i.e. on 29 July, 2024 and still they will be eligible to receive the dividend.
It is to be noted that on the record date , the share price of Eih Associated Hotels may fall by the dividend amount i.e it may fall by Rs 6 in the opening session to adjust its price to ex-dividend.
So investors are adviced to make their decision wisely.
