Vedanta Ltd is a diversified natural resource group engaged in exploring, extracting and processing minerals and oil & gas. The group engages in the exploration, production and sale of zinc, lead, silver, copper, aluminium, iron ore and oil & gas. It has presence across India, South Africa, Namibia, Ireland, Liberia & UAE.
On 25/09/2024 , Vedanta announced to declare its “Fourth Interim Dividend” for the Financial year 24-25 .
The Interim Dividends announced by the company earlier this year were :
First Interim Dividend – Rs 11/share
Second Interim Dividend- Rs 4/share
Third Interim Dividend – Rs 20/share , Totaling to Rs 35 / share dividend till date.
RECORD DATE
The Company further stated that the Record Date for the purpose of dividend shall be on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 .
Investors holding shares on/before October 15, 2024 shall be entitled to the dividend.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) is proposed to be scheduled on Tuesday, October 08, 2024 to consider the dividend.
